"Hi, I'm Tom Choisnet, enrolled agent. And in this segment I wanted to separate flow-throughs of charity. What happens is on your, on K-1s, S-corps, and many other entities; they'll pay charities as part of their operation. They're not deductible as regular business expenses so they'll put them on the K-1 as what we call a flow-through and they'll wind up on your own personal tax return. So, if you have any K-1s, sub chapter S corporations, anything of that nature, make sure you look through the whole K-1 and pick up any flow throughs of charity because they'll help you out. Don't forget your payroll deductions either. Thank you, I'm Tom Choisnet."
