"Hello! This is Jacqueline on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this clip I will be telling you how to include older kids in your job working from home. Does your child have a nice speaking voice on the telephone? Put them to work. They make nice secretaries. Keep a pad, pen or pencil nearby every phone in your home and let your child take some calls for you. This will teach them how to use proper etiquette which is an invaluable which they will need to use throughout their life time. Put them on the payroll in the form of an allowance of course. Don't break any child labor laws and make sure they get their homework done first. Sure, give them a job. This way when you ask them to take out the trash, it's not just a chore, they are being a good employee. You could teach them about t he hiring and firing process, what its like to be an intern. This experience can be very invaluable to a young person . They will be the first in the class to have a resume."
