Planning for Personnel Issues for a Non-Profit Organization

"Hi, this is Jim Goettler with Expert Village and this is video about how to form and operate a non profit organization like it or not personal issues are going to come up. As you grow higher and contract staff, as your board grows maturity there's more and more people involved with your organization, there's going to be friction. Unfortunately non profit organizations are seeing some how different from the world it comes dealing with all these things. It becomes important for you as one of the co-organizers of the organization have means and plays to dress and deal fairly with personal issues that come up, so they do not become the main focus of your organization and not become something that makes media and people begin to read about because it's going to hurt you much more than it will hurt a profit organization. Your finances are always going to be fragile, your operations is always going to be watched by many people simply cause of the nature of the beast. And you don't need to have what are probably are minor conflicts or personal issues that are blown out of proportion, you need a way to resolve them to medigate and make sure that everyone once again is working together. It's an issue that comes up a lot it needs to be kept in perspective and with great respect resolve at every possibility.
