Bylaws for a Non-Profit Organization

"Hi! This is Jim Goettler with Expert Village and this is a video about how to form and operate a non-profit organization. In this segment, I am going to run through with you some of the details involved in the steps of your bylaws. Basically bylaws are the internal rules of an organization. As opposed to the articles of corporation that we did in the last segment are how you, the organization, are licensed for your work with the State. The bylaws are your internal documents How you choose to function, how you choose to work and how you choose to work together.
