"Hi! This is Jim Goettler with Expert Village and this is a video how to form and operate a non-profit organization. In this segment, I am going to discuss very briefly the need for your basic core group to articulate the purpose you have for being which may sound very silly but it is very necessary that as a group that you understand what you are getting into and understand what you are going to try and tell the world of being your organization. So I suggest have a very informal meeting, discuss what you want to do in specific terms as you can not just that you are going to save the world but how you are going to do it. From there we will go on to form a non-profit organization. "
