If you have a language issue, if you have cross cultural issues, then you don't want to go on and on and on with a lot of details in your correspondence, especially in business correspondence. What is the purpose of the letter? What is the information that you need to share? What are your thoughts that you need to share? Is it a proposal? Is it just general information? Whatever it is, you need to organize your thoughts so that your thoughts can be brief and clear. That way there will be less misunderstanding."
