"Okay, sometimes all that is needed in communication scenarios with people from other cultures is clarification of your true intent, and what I mean by that is what is it that you're really trying to say? Sometimes you're coming up with all these different ways to say something. Well, the best way to clarify this, what it is you're really wanting to say...well first of all, know what it is that you really want to say, but then as you're speaking to the other person there's two things that you can do to help clarify: be repetitious, not ridiculous, but repeat, not over-and-over but as necessary what it is you're trying to say, so you can be repetitious; and also, give examples. Sometimes it's hard to follow the chosen language, but sometimes examples across culture are very similar. So as you're trying to communicate, repetition, examples."
