"O.k. we have talked about the company that you have worked for so now it's time to talk about the people that you've worked with. And this is a time where you can tell little stories or antic-dotes, or anything you want to say about the people that you worked with. I'm talking day to day, daily grind kind of thing. Who hung out at the water cooler, what were the practical jokes that you played on each other or someone else; putting a fake sandwich in the refrigerator everyday for Steve or whatever it was that all of you guys together did over the years where you had fun and where you bonded, and where you built relationships. This does not, this is not necessarily about milestones of the company and when so and so won this award. Think in terms now of day to day; the secretary that had your donut on your desk every Thursday morning or whatever events, those little moments that you guys share together that brought joy to your experience working with this company."
