"So we have just established our solution criteria. The next step is that we're going to brainstorm possible solutions and what I mean by brainstorm is you know we've talked about how everybody has a different idea, a different thought, a different perception, well everybody's going to put their ideas out on the table, what they think the solution is, how they think this best could be, this problem could be solved. Now, it doesn't matter what they say, how they say it. The only guideline is that they have to follow, the solution has to follow the criteria in order for it to be considered and a brainstorming session is where you're just kind of throwing ideas out so somebody might throw out a possible solution and through talking about it you might realize that it doesn't fall under the criteria so you have to toss that one out and you can only consider the ones that fall under the criteria. So as you come up with acceptable solutions that meet your solution criteria you're going to write them down."
