"O.k. now we're going to talk about the history of the company or organization that you have worked for all these years. This does not necessarily have to be in connection with you and the company, but just in general history and it might be in relation with you. "This company was formed in 1925 and it was only 25 years later that I came on board and things were really different then". So forth and so on. But we're going to talk about the history; we're going to talk about now; so again another compare and contrast but in the sense of "What do you think"? What did you think of the company back then, what do you think of the company now? So you might talk about when you got on board with the company 45 years ago and they were just a small outfit down on the bay, and now they've turned into a multi million dollar organization or they started out with three employees and; and that was great, I thought that was it couldn't get any better than that; now we have 300 and I wouldn't have it any other way, or... However you feel about it. But we're going to talk about then and now; now."
