"OK, we've got our problem. We've got the problem all figured out. Now we're getting ready to move into the solution phase and I know what you want to do is you want to just start coming up with solutions and this is where you can run into a little trouble as a group because again perceptions about the problem. Everybody's going to have different perceptions about the solution. So what you have to do first is establish a criteria for determining a solution and you can come up with anything you want. There are no set criteria. You have to follow these criteria for coming up with a solution, but what is the criteria for your group to come up with a solution? It has to be, it would have to be equal for everyone. It has to be something that could be implemented in the next ten days. It has to be fair. It has to be honest. Whatever the criteria is so that when you go into solution you can make sure it follows the criteria."
