"Welcome to Regal Reptiles. We're going to feed our tegus and we're going to give them a little bit of soup worms and we're going to put our soup worms in a bowl. What you can do is you can actually leave soup worms in a bowl all the time 24/7, the soup worms bother anything and they can't really escape out of the bowl. If you want you can add a little bit of vitamins right in there with your soup worms and it will stick to them. When the tegus eats the worms they are going to get some of the vitamins as well so we're going to put some worms right in there. We're also going to feed our little tegus some crickets we're also going to put vitamins on our crickets we put it right in the bag with the crickets. You want to be careful not to over feed them cause we have 2 tegus in here cause if you leave to many crickets the crickets can actually sneak up on and chew on the tegus when the tegus go to sleep. So we're going to put a couple of crickets in there and we'll see if the tegus are hungry today. We're going to put 4 crickets for the 2 tegus. Also you can give your tegus frozen mice even if they are little baby tegus they like frozen mice and you would want to do this on a pair of tongs and not with your fingers. He's tasting it let's see if he wants this frozen mouse."
