"Now we're going to learn about feeding our tegus. Tegus are pretty easy to take care of at Regal Reptiles we feed our tegus when they are bigger, frozen mice. We get lots of frozen mice you can actually buy frozen mice by the hundreds and they are very inexpensive and affordable. We also feed them crickets especially when they are younger they will eat lots and lots of crickets and we'll feed them some soup worms. These are soup worms and the adults as well as the babies they will eat soup worms now when you are going to give crickets you are actually going to add vitamins to them or to your mice. These are the vitamins this is mineral which is a good vitamin that has a little bit of everything in it and this is just calcium it's important that your tegu gets enough calcium so once a week we'll dust with some mineral and once a week we'll dust with just some calcium. We also use a multi vitamin once in a while and all you got to do is you add the vitamins right to your crickets and it sticks to them or you can sprinkle it on your mice. We're going to do that next we're going to feed our tegus."
