"Alright welcome to Regal Reptiles. These guys here are Black Throat Monitors and they are big specie of monitors and they are closely related to Savannah Monitors. Savannah Monitors are very popular pet monitors and what we have a baby and we have a live one. They are born at about 8 inches long and they grow up to over 4 feet long. These guys here are scavenger's in the wild. They will eat anything they can find. They are also hunters. They will eat any other animals they can find including lizards, snakes and even other lizards. If that big guy had a chance, he would eat this little baby. These guys from the Savannah's in Africa live in a fairly dry area although they do like some humidity and they do like to get sprayed a little bit. They like water to swim in a little bit and drink. They will eat anything they can find. They are pretty easy to take care of as long as you give them the correct humidity as well as correct heating and they are going to get really big so they will need a large enclosure. "
