"Now as far as diet goes this is going to be the main source of food for a bearded dragon, mixed vegetables. What I like to use is a mixture of spring mix. I buy the bagged salads at the grocery stores. It has the perfect, the perfect ingredients in it. It has endive and radicchio which are good in nutrition for the reptiles, all reptiles. And it also has you know it has several different types of lettuces in here that are all perfect for feeding reptiles. You can see I also have some shredded carrots in here. This right here this red is radish. You can feed your reptiles a surprising variety of different vegetables that they will appreciate. There is also some red cabbage in here and there's some parsley down in this area. I don't know if you can see it but again you can add several different things to your reptile's diet. Some other things that you can add to your vegetables that I don't have here in this example are sweet potatoes, shredded sweet potatoes. Just shred them with a cheese grater and they just love it and it's also a really good source of nutrients for them. You can also give them green bell peppers chopped up very small of course but they enjoy the bell peppers. Bearded dragons in particular really like corn. This is something that is tasty to them, not necessarily good for them in large amounts, it can back them up and they don't necessarily digest all of it when they get it in mass quantities, but, yeah I wouldn't feed corn straight to your bearded dragon even if he does love it. I would definitely just mix it a little bit in with the, with his mixed vegetables. This is the dish I'm going to be putting his food into. First I'm going to just throw some salad in there. They eat quite a bit of greens at this stage in life so I want to make sure that he has plenty of those available. And that should be good for one bearded dragon for a day."
