"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Nicole and I'm here to tell you about king snakes. King snakes are found all over the United States as well as some parts of southern America. King snakes come from, they vary in different sizes and patterns according to where they are in the United States, where they are from, they have very gentle demeanor they don't tend to strike as much as a lot of other snakes that you find wild in the areas. King snakes are often captured from the wild and kept as pets in the home but king snakes also much better off if you buy them from a captive breeder or a pet store. I would definitely verify that your pet store buys from local breeders and not just anybody who walks in the door with a wild caught specimen. Wild caught specimen tend to carry internal parasites and external parasites that you would much rather avoid it. They are much easier to take care of when they are captive breed."
