"Hi my name is Sarah Stetner I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. I just showed you how recently brush the horses foot or hoof off with a hoof brush in preparation to apply hoof heel which is a conditioner that condition the hoofs. Lets it be moist. Moisten it and also take away from any cracks or anything. I know that a lot of shoer's use this after they get done shoeing and putting new nails in the horses foot. So just going to apply it. I try to apply it twice to three times a week on my horse. Just so he doesn't get cracked hoofs or dry and brittle feet. It is just applying lotion to your body. You want to make sure you get the back corner crack over here on top here. Now we be doing this to all four feet. Its is like painting a toe nail but a really big one. So we are just brushing that on. Two back feet to go here. Just got to make sure you get that top crack on top. So that is how you apply the hoof heel hoof conditioner and you also apply hoof black that same way but we do that in preparation for showmanship."
