"Hi my name is Sarah Stetner I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. I'm just showing you a little games that I play with my horses. This game is called the stretching game and I do actually every time I get done riding him it is kind of a good bend game. What I do I have three horse treats in my pocket and I'm going to take one of them and place them back here in his flank. He doesn't event move but he bends his neck and then I give him a treat once he touches my hand. This is a really good game and I do have another treat for the other side. Touch. So my hand is all the way back by his flank and tell him to touch. The last part is he is going to touch and it looks like he is bowing but, it is just like a chest tuck exercise that I do. So I'm going to tell him to touch up. Which he touches up and then I'm going to tell him to touch down and he is going to act like he is bowing. Touch down. Touch down. I just do it until he touches my hand. Not bites my hand but just touches the hand. So then I give it to him. So that is a fun little game that we have and it does bend the horses neck all the way around and it makes your horse really limber. So that is why I do it. "
