Learn How to Play the Water Game With Your Horse

"Hi my name is Sarah Stetner I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to show just a little game that I play with my horse after we get done riding it is called the water game and the reason why I didn't start because he wouldn't drink before he got in the horse trailer to go to shows. Everyone who owns a horse knows that he needs to drink long like four hours trips so I have a treat in my hand right here and I'm going to kind of play like bobbing for apples with him. Let me go ahead and put my hand down there and he is going to bob dunk but, I would not give him the treat until he starts drinking. So here I am. So he is bobbing his head in the water and my hand is in the water with the treat but, I'm not giving him the treat yet until he actually take a drink or a couple of drinks. At lease for swallows. Which he is doing good so I would tell him good boy for drinking. Good boy and then if you really want to get fun with it. You would go ahead and go all the way down and his nose is all the way in the water and then you finally give him the treat and as you can see his nose is this wet he went all the way that far. Dunking for the treat. So it is a fun little game to and it also makes him drink because I have a treat in my hand and it is fun so it makes it built trust with your horse. You see that he is kissing me for it. So this is one of the games that I play with my horse."
