Hi my name is Sarah Stetner I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. I'm just showing you how to put on a blanket. So you can either take the halter off again or what I'm going to do is just untie the horse because this blanket is going to go over his head. So you don't want to leave him tied up were the blanket is just going to end up sitting right here on the lead row. So I'm just going to go ahead is called ground tie him. Where he is going to just stand here. You see this little opening you get it ready to go. You tell him head. Once he put his down nicely for me. Just go ahead and put that thing on. Pull the lead rope through. Go ahead and retie him so he doesn't move again. So you retie him again. So blanket once it is one usually have the chest straps. This is just a little tail thing where his tail goes over the top. It usually have chest straps right here you do want to tighten up those. Then it has this belly strap. Could have a belly band where it comes all the way up here and it buckles. We do have one of those blankets as well for him. I like that one better because it keeps the belly strap tighter. So with these kind of hooks you have this and this and you just go ahead and bring it through, hook it and let it go. Then you do the legs. The legs you go ahead and pull underneath the leg and come out and buckle. So now I'm going to do that to the other side as well. This is the basic steps on how to put on the blanket.
