"Hi my name is Sarah Stetner and I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. I just got done feeding my horses there oats and preparing there oats. As you can tell they think of it like candy. Which now it is time for there hay and there is a couple many different kinds of hay actually. We get grass hay, there is alfalfa hay, there is a mix of grass and alfalfa hay, and there is one ton bales, regular bales, one ton bales are huge, and there is cow farm hay which is a mix of everything and anything dry. You know they are cows they eat anything. So the difference between alfalfa and grass is like the main thing is alfalfa is made out of straight pure alfalfa and it does make the horse kind of hyper. Well my horse at least. It is also is what we call warmer it is like a warmer brand which it doesn't have anything to do with the heat of the horse but, it is just a term for warmer hay. So we have grass hay straight grass hay which it is like actually the best we can get here in Oregon because like my dad says “you can either have hamburger or you can have steak” like our horses get like the prime rib top of the line steak. So this is Eastern Oregon hay and I'm going to get ready to feed it to him. There is the difference between all the hay."
