"Ok. So, we're talking about our UVB light right now. And the other important thing we need to talk about, as far as these light bulbs go, is that they have to be replaced every six months, regardless of whether they're burnt out or not. The coating on them eventually burns off, over use. So that about the six month time, you're-the light is going to degrade. You won't see it, and the reptile won't see it, but you won't be getting the same effects anymore. So, you need to replace it every six months. And a lot of these companies now have little stickers that come in the package that you can stick on a calendar or something to remind you. But, make sure you're replacing those. This particular kind, which is the compact fluorescent, this is the kind I prefer myself. They don't take up as much room, and they're not as expensive. It can be screwed into any incandescent fixture. Anything will do just fine. You can even use the ones that are like a plastic top, even though I would recommend getting the ceramic ones, personally, just because they are safer. So, this can be-this is going to be on for about eight to ten hours a day. Ok? You're not going to leave it on at night. You're going to turn it on when you get up in the morning. You're going to turn it off when you go to bed at night. Again, it's very important that you replace this every six months. I cannot stress that enough. After six months, it's basically useless to you, and it's just another light lighting the aquarium. And it's not giving you the full use. So, please, please, remember to replace them."
