"Next thing we're going to talk about is the proper sized enclosure for a crested gecko. Now, obviously as a baby, like you don't, necessarily need the adult sized enclosure, but your best bet is just to go ahead and get that anyways, cause it's going to be the cheapest in the long run, rather than buying new enclosure's every couple of months. So, what you want to look at, is you want to look at something that's going to be high. Crescent gecko are an aboreal species of gecko, which means that they're tree dwelling, they like to be able to climb. They want lots of climbing space. So, you want a tank that's going to be high and wide, to give them as much of that as possible. You're not necessarily looking at the footprint of the tank so much, again, as high as possible. Bigger is always better though, something like this is perfectly fine for an adult crescent gecko or maybe even two. So, you want it to be high, lot's of climbing space and when you're setting up your enclosure you want to make sure there's lots of cover. Fake plants or live plants too, if you get really into it. He wants lots of cover to feel secure. Remember the crescent gecko's are not predatory animals as much as they are a prey animals. So, the more cover they have, the more secure and more active they're going to feel, in their enclosure and the more enjoyment you're going to get out of him as well. "
