on 8/2/2008 Hamsters come from a variety of places, not just Asia. The breed you are holding, Syrian, is actually from the Middle-East.
The different hamsters you show in this video are all the same breed, which is Syrian. The terms "black bear," "teddy bear," and "panda bear" are not in reference to the breed but are actually terms created by the pet industry to justify selling different coat and color patterns at a higher price. However, they are all the same "type" of hamster.
