"Now that we've cantered on the right lead, I'm going to demonstrate cantering on the left lead. The difference is the leg that you use to ask still still is the outside leg. Now it's my right leg and we'll start with a sitting trot. I have my horse slightly bent to the left, outside leg back and canter. At the canter, as at the walk, your arms move back and forth, following the natural movement of your horses neck and head."
