"Once you feel confident and comfortable at a sitting trot, you can move on to posting. The trot has a two beat movement. So, the posting is going to be matching that two beat movement. One beat you will be out of the sack, one beat you will be down. So we will come back up to a sitting trot to begin and posting. One, two. One, two. One, two. One, two. And you can see that it exactly matches her two beat rhythm."
