"Our final step is drawing in the windows to the soul, the eyes. Now the eyes on a schnauzer are challenging for several reasons. Eyes in general are challenging. Schnauzer eyes are challenging because they're going to be having fur going up over the sides of them. So, first off, what I'm doing is I'm going around the iris and pupil just making sure I have the general shape of the eyes down. Dog's eyes are not that big. So, don't overdo it. See here as I draw the eye shape and you have to add in the other side. I'm using this, I'm applying the paint with a very small, rounded brush, the smallest, actually, rounded brush in my collection. I'm going back and forth, stepping back, going forward to make sure I have a good balance of the eyes. If one looks smaller that the other it would be very easy just to add, apply some white paint. But this eye looks a little smaller than this one, see what I mean? That's one of the things that can happen with these guys. There, with some strategic paint application I'm able to fix the problem. Then bringing my other, there we go. Now, once we get to this point, this is going to be where we're going to start bringing in some additional fur down over the eyes. Because your Schnauzers have those great eyebrows that are laying right above their eyes. Oftentimes, if you look at a Schnauzer they might have a couple strands of these fur coming down into the eyes, like so. We're going to apply a couple of these strands in and around our Schnauzer's eyes. With this done, your Schnauzer's now complete."
