"Hi. I' Dr. Kane with Expert Village and I've written a book called How to become a Professional Bachelor. You know, becoming a professional bachelor is serious business. however, one of the most serious business is losing your assets. So, therefore, before you get into any serious relationship you need to map out what you need to do to prepare yourself for that inevitable or possible breakup. Okay. Let's start with the basics. Number one: Never, I say again, never have your mate move in with you. Once she moves in with you, you are doomed. Number one you can't date other women and depending on what state your in, if you live with her long enough time it my be part of community property and you'll also lose financially, even your home. Number two: Don't spend money on her. Have her spend money on you. Valentine's Day you need to spend money on her, absolutely not. Don't go with the herds. If you play your cards right, they should be buying you presents for Valentines. You're responsibility is to have fun, to make her feel good, to enjoy yourselves, but don't give her any of your free physical or emotional strength because that will bury you. "
