"Boy this relationship repair at this point might seem like really hard work. And it is. But it's worth it to save the relationship. And now I'm going to give you some more things that you need to do. You might be doing these already. You might not. But it's a crucial element of repairing the relationship. And it's called cherishing behavior. Now that's a technical term for showing, telling the other person that you love them, that you care about them, by doing the things that they like. These are just, cherishing behavior is just small little gestures. Doesn't necessarily even have to be verbal things. It can be non verbal things that express to your partner that you care about them, that you love them, that you like them, that you enjoy being with them. Maybe it's a smile, maybe it's a wink, maybe it's a pat on the back, maybe it's holding hands. Whatever it is, it is little things that make the other person feel good about themselves. We're going to talk a little bit more in a minute about finding out what that person likes. Okay, so we're going to do cherishing behaviors. Now how are we going to do it?"
