"Alright, the next thing that I want to talk about is one of the, the things that is the biggest problems in a relationship's actually deteriorating, and not working. You must own your own feelings. And, it's real important that you do that through "I" statements. You don't want to say, you make me feel like a jerk. The truth of the matter is, no one can make you feel anything. You feel what you feel, because you feel it. Now, that was possibly an event that escalated your feelings. But, you cannot attack the person in the sense of, you do this, you never do that, you always do that, you make me feel this way. No. What you want to use is "I" statements. I feel like this, when you do this, alright? Always start these statements out with I. No blaming. This is not a blame game. You have to remove blame from the equation. You have to own your own feelings."
