"Alright, we've established this relationship that we want, versus this relationship that we have. So now it's time to take all of that information, as well as these problems that we've identified, and start talking in concrete terms. And what I mean by concrete terms is, be specific. Don't make comments and statements like, well, it's just not fun enough. OK, what does that mean? What does it's not fun enough means? Be specific. What I want is for you to go to the movies with me, because I go to the ballgame with you. Concrete terms for what it is that you have, and what it is that you want. And you need to start being very specific about the picture that you're trying to create, versus the picture that you have now."
