My sister in law had precooked several casseroles over our family reunions pulled out of the freezer, stuck in the oven, or some of them where already precooked and she just warmed them up. So that is a great idea. Perhaps you are coming up 2-3 days in advance I make my yeast rolls in her house this year I brought the ingredients and made them at the house instead of taking cause I was 500 hundred miles away. Sometimes you can't bring your food with you but if you have it frozen you can bring it in the car with and precooked and that is a great idea."
