"Hi! I'm Peggy Carlton talking for Expert Village today on family reunions. The next thing you need to worry about is organize and assign the specifics. For instance we got our food, our lounging and our entertainment. The food is really important you would probably have to make a list, a general list of who can bring meat, who can bring salad, etc. In the reunion that we have I yeast rolls it is understood. My daughter makes a huge fruit salad, a couple of her cousins husbands are great at cooking so they cook the brisket and bring it. Some Aunt Miltiades or Uncle John brings the pies and the cakes you know so everyone has a different thing because where the reunion is if someone leaves in town and in that town they should not be responsible for bringing all the food this should be a corporate effort. So it is major important that you have your planning stages down well where the food is taking care of and dealt out each specific thing."
