"Hi! I'm Peggy Carlton talking for Expert Village today on family reunions. You got your date and you got your place now your going to have to contact everyone that is very important. So you find our everyones address the planners find our everyones address and there are several ways that you can do this. One is through email and that is the way that we been contacted this year, regular mail, phone call those are the 3 main ways that you can do that. Make sure that you do not leave Aunt Miltiades or Uncle John out because that would be very upsetting for them so you need to make sure that you have gotten all the address, email address, regular address, phone numbers, etc and you have gone everyone on your list and you probably have to contact them at least 6 months in advance so everyone could take off work. Because sometimes it takes several months to get a vacation time and things like this. "
