"Ok, the next thing you have to take into consideration, possible burdens of self disclosure. What I'm talking about, and this is where it gets a little tricky because I'm standing here telling you to self disclose, to tell people, the right people about yourself, about the things that you've done, about who you are, but you can't just go around randomly telling everyone everything without taking into consideration what could come out of it. Let me give you an example: You're arrest record, should you talk about it at work? Will there be possible ramifications if you do? Now I'm not talking about lying, I'm not talking about lying on a job application, that's not what I'm talking about; but I'm talking about be aware of potential things that could be the result burdens of self disclosing, of sharing your information. So again, pick and choose wisely."
