"Other thing I want to talk about, if you have any prescribed medication. If you have any heart problems or if you have any high blood sugars or whatever the case may be, if you have any prescribed medication, make sure that you pack that in your carry on bag. So, here I have a prescribed medication for myself and I'll go ahead and pack this in the bag. And just in case I need it, we want to make sure it's close by. If you have any other devices, like if you're diabetic and you have a blood sugar machine, a glucometer, you need to make sure you have that close by. If you have insulin that you need to make sure, anything you need for your health is close to you. And this bag is going to be everything that's close to you. I have the motion sickness relief. There is brand names, but this one also was at the 99 cent store. The main ingredient is the same as in the name brand so I always make sure I travel with this just in case I'm feeling queasy or in case I really, really, really get sick."
