"This is Vicki Walker on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are working on a baby doll sleeping bag. We have chosen our fabric, the colorful fabric that would be perfect for a little girl. The front is gingham the inside a polka dotted fabric, we have chosen a bright ribbon for the trim around the outside edge. The sleeping bag should be just about right for a baby doll of this size and we would be making some accessories in a future clip to go along with it. In this step we would be pinning, we have pinned and we would be sewing the ribbon around the outside edge. I have decided to round the corners rather then have just a pointed edge which would be hard to put the ribbon around any ways. We decided to go with a rounded edge which would give it a softer look I believe. So I would sit down to sew the outside edge here the ribbon just about a half a inch from the side. We would round that corner and go all the way around the top and around the back and down to the middle of the back side with the ribbon to meet this one. In the next clip we would be working on the bottom edges we would bring the ribbon around the bottom part up to meet this section in the next clip."
