"This is Vicki Walker on behalf of Expert Village. We are making a baby doll sleeping bag today and I have the top portion. The top fabric that we would see on the outside of the sleeping bag as well as the white quilting fabric inside to make it more like a sleeping bag. But we would pin these together and then go to the sewing machine and place these two pieces together. It does not have to be exact but I put a few pins around them to make them a little easier when I start sewing. Just a couple of more in, just to get the job in. I would just run a basting thread all the around the outside edge to put these two fabrics together. In the next step we would be working with the lining fabric attaching it to these two pieces. That is all that it takes to attach the two sections together."
