" Hi! Thank you for visiting expertvillage.com. My name is Yvette Parrish. When you are using the castanets, it is a little bit of a secret from your audience. So you do not want to play them where they can see them you are hiding them just a little bit. So it is the mystery of it, it is the romance of it. So you are not obvious just… that does not look good, does it? So you want to hide them a little bit, have the flamenco posture and while we do to practice, on right hand you start with your pinkie. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. When I do 5 I am doing the two middle fingers of my left hand, remember this is your heartbeat. Right hand, pinkie first 1, I am just showing this to you, but the audience is not supposed to see this. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5…1, 2, 3, 4, 5…1, 2, 3, 4,5."
