Drawing Animal Face Purse Plans

"In this clip we will be designing the animal faced purse. First you're going to need some paper. Some pens. Also you need to know what size material you're going to use. We're using this felt square. So we don't want our purse to be any bigger than this. You also may need some reference material of animal faces. It will really help when you draw your animal. Today I'm going to be doing a panda. And so I'm just going to be drawing the panda from my reference material and thinking about the shape of my felt and how that's going to look. It doesn't have to be exact but this gives you a good reference for making your pattern. So do that. And I'm also going to do a cat. So I'm going to draw that as well. And they don't have to be perfect. But you do need to know what your shapes are going to look like for your next step. So get those drawn out. Remember to include the handle. And there you go."
