"Hi, I am Stephanie. I am going to talk about adding background stamps to your scrapbook pages. Background stamps can come, most of them are really big stamps like this. You can use these and stamp the whole background of your page and have that as an image. You could also, you know this is a good size for you to mat a photo if you stamped it and then just put your photo on a stamped image. Background stamps can also be smaller, this one gives like the look of a mesh without you know being real mesh which a lot of people like to use this kind of things because they are not adding any kind of bulk or weight to their scrapbook pages. A big stamp like this is harder to use with you know a regular pad because obviously this pad is so much smaller. I suggest to use it is that you just lay your stamp down with the rubber side up and just rub your stamp pad all the way around it. You don't slam it, you are just going to get ink everywhere, just rub it. You will get plenty of ink on there that way. Once you see that it is inked up sufficiently, you really want to use a hard surface, this table might not show the image the way it should but try to use a nice firm surface. I will try it on here and see how it goes. But you just, you turn your page over then, over wherever you want it on the page and you want to make sure that you get it everywhere. You might have to stand up to make sure that it is pressed down. It is harder to use but then when you pull it up it should catch the image that way. Then you can, as I said this one would be a good mat or just as a basic background. Background stamps are also good, for example in this layout, I didn't have any paper that really match this, but I wanted to use that color pattern paper, so I just used a little background stamp on this paper to make my own pattern paper. So background stamps come in really handy for things like that and you come out with varieties and they are pretty good. So I hope you enjoy using background stamps in your scrapbooks."
