"Hi I am Sufi and we're back with Expert Village. I am going to work o the posterior aspect of the leg now so like earlier I am just going to uncover it here. There are so many facets to massage and in one respect it is very good to be in as much communication with the client as possible even about a meal. I prefer to eat an hour before, it is not a rule of thumb but it is very important to make sure that the digestive system has got enough time to digest the food so my recommendation personally is about 30 to 40 minutes to an hour of eating before you get a massage. I am going to apply the same strokes that I applied to the arm, back, and other parts of the leg that I am to this interior leg which is the stripping which we learned earlier with using our legs as well as wringing, ironing. It is also important in massage with your client base to keep the client information in a file separate from any other information so that way when you have worked on one part of the body or you are making progress on one part of the body it is important to know what you've worked on the last time you see them. A lot of clients are repetitive. Usually my clients are weekly clients and I've got over seven clients in one day so it is really important for me to remember which leg I've worked on and what was going on with that person's body so as separate as you can keep peoples' information it is really important. In Debbie's case, this is my first time working on her so I am learning her body as well and when she comes back to me I'll already know."
