"Hi I am Sufi and you are back with Expert Village. I am going to work on the posterior aspect of the leg now so as I said earlier I am just going to uncover it here. There are so many facets to massage. In one respect it is good to be in as much communication with the client as possible like even in regards to eating a meal. I prefer not to eat an hour before. It is not the rule of thumb but it is really important to make sure that the digestive system has enough time to digest its food so my recommend personally is about 30 to 40 minutes to an hour eating before you get a massage. I'm going to apply the same strokes as I have applied to the arms, back and other parts of the legs to this interior side, which is the stripping, which we learned earlier which is in our legs as well as wringing, ironing. It's also important in massage when you are working with a client base is to keep their information separate in a file so that way when you have worked on one part of the body or you are making progress in one part of the body to know what you worked on last week. A lot of clients are repetitive. Usually in my case they're weekly clients and I've got over seven different clients in one day so it is really important that I know what is going on each day and as separate as you can keep peoples' information, this is extremely important. In Debbie's case, this is my first time working on her so I am learning her body as well so when she comes back to me I will already know."
