"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Terry today we are going to talk about preparing pork ribs for barbecuing. Now that we have wrapped them in tin foil we want to move them over here to the oven. The oven has been preheated at 225. We want to use the top rack cause all the heat is on top that would cook more evenly that way then at the bottom. I have a light on my oven so I can just keep a eye on so if the juices come spilling out. I got the timer here we would set that to 4 1/2 hours maybe. There we go and we are ready to go. The timer will go off and let me know when it is time to take them out and take them to the grill. We are down to under a minute left so as the seconds are counting down we can just take this out and we would take them out to the grill. Before we do that let's just open them up to check them right quick. A little hot. Now you want to check your meat you should be able to pull from the bone. You see how it starts to separate from the meat that is just right. See that it is just starting to come apart, it may overcooked about 15 minutes. That is why you want thongs you don't want to stick a knife it they are surely to fall apart. So when you go to pick them up you just want to lift them up. In fact you can cut those in half it would be easier to handle on the grill."
