"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Terry and today we are going to talk about preparing barbecue ribs for cooking. Our beef ribs need to be cooked at 225 degrees so I actually preheated the oven while I was preparing the ribs on 200. I'm going to take it 225. You would be a time whether it would be a egg timer or a timer on your stove. This stove has a timer for the beef ribs I'm going to set it at 6 1/2 hours. I will check them periodically. There we go 6 1/2 hours. I put the in the highest rack cause there is where all the heat collects at the top of the oven and we are all set. This alarm would go off at 6 1/2 hours but about 3 hours and 15 minutes I want to pull the ribs out and check their consistency to see if I have to adjust that time or not. "
