"This is Vicki Walker for Expert Village. We are almost finished assembling the valance and I have covered the buttons that we would use for decorations in the front. They would be spaced evenly on the front and I think I would do them right around that area cause we need to save the space here that we would be sewing/stapling that over the valance board. Maybe down just a little. So I would start by sewing on the bottom button here by hand and then the others I would space even after that. I have my needle and thread and I would go all the way through from the bottom. Through the loop of the bottom of this button. Back through the bottom. It would take a couple of loops through to make sure that the button is sturdy and does not end up hanging to loose. Or loosely. Then I would repeat the same process with the other 2 button just above. That is all it takes to get our buttons sewn to the front and our next step would be attaching the valance to the valance board in the next clip."
