"Now after we have folded our little pieces like this starting to our petal fold, we are just going to go ahead and undo them. What we are going to do is down here on the table we are going to lift this up and just sink these instead of going to the full petal fold we would just go ahead and sink them like this. It is going to that entire process where the petal fold would really stress the paper that we have and stress our patiences as well. So we just fold it under like so and make sure that all the points line up. It is going to be a little bit hard cause this paper does double up on itself and plus it is a true origami paper. This is a little bit heavier stock. So we would take it and fold it down like this and there we go we have a nice diamond shape that we are looking for. As you can see, I have already done it on the other side as well if you lift it up. This could possibly go into a bird base but there is really no since in it. "
