Creating Tail for Origami Manatee

"Just creasing down my fold here a little bit on this fin as we are going along just try to make sure that everything is matching up just fine. When I'm satisfied with it like so what I'm going to do is take this tail I'm going to flip it up this way. It does not matter which side has the tail really we are just going to chose one. We would flip it up and kind of put it in the center here where these 2 lines would cross right here like so. Go ahead and fold it like this making sure that everything is good and straight. Then what I'm going to do is I'm going to kind of open it up a little bit. I'm going to pull this out some until if forms this almost shield like shape right here. As you can see it comes out. I would open it up again. Do the same thing over here. It would kind of fold it self freely. There is not a whole lot of forcing that you have to do. There we go work it a little bit more just the way that I want it and there we go. "
