Auto complete can be helpful when you go to a website and it is asking for your user name or something like that, and you do not remember it and it can fill it in for you automatically. Also remember your passwords if you wanted to but once if you decide you do not want your passwords being automatically save because if they are, anybody they would sit down with your log in will be able to access your sites without knowing any passwords because it automatically fills it in for you. So under tools, Internet options, go to content and in the lower panel personal information, auto complete stores previous entries so you can hit that and here you can set it up like web addresses, and you know when you are typing in the address on the address bar you do not show list. It can complete it for you, forms again it could be helpful, play with it as you want and then you have things for passwords and user names. "
