" Hi! I am Ross on behalf of expertvillage.com, windows Internet Explorer, let us check it out. Now let us talk about scroll bars and how to navigate around a web page. On the side here we have a scroll bar. This is the vertical scroll bar and I can click and drag it down and move it right down the page. Now if I go ahead and click below the scroll bar, it will jump, moving me a page at a time. Here is a horizontal scroll bar. I can also use the keyboard. I can use my down-arrow to move a few lines at a time, move it up or I can move it right and left. I can also use the page up and page down key to navigate around. "
